Getting there and the terminal

On Nordstrand, the MS Adler-Express docks at Strucklahnungshörn harbour on the western edge of the peninsula (Hörnstraße 1, 25845 Nordstrand). Without a car, take the train to Husum and the local bus to Nordstrand, about 30 minutes. On Sylt, the ship arrives at Hörnum harbour at the southern tip of the island (Hafenstraße, 25997 Hörnum). Tickets are sold there at the Adler-Schiffe kiosk, a free customer car park sits right at the pier, and the Sylter Verkehrsgesellschaft's Line 2 bus stops opposite at the Hörnum Hafen stop; buses to Westerland are timed to the ship's arrivals.

Check-in and departure

Be at the ship at least 15 minutes before departure; boarding closes five minutes before it casts off. Show your ticket on your phone. Adler-Schiffe reserves the right to change the schedule due to weather - check the timetable on the day of travel before you set off.
