To Föhr: the busiest connection

Fifty minutes to Wyk, up to twelve times a day in high season, year-round with the Wyker Dampfschiffs-Reederei. In the summer half-year Adler-Schiffe sails the same route with the MS Adler Rüm Hart in about 25 minutes, twice a day.

To Amrum

The W.D.R. continues via Wyk on Föhr to Wittdün - about two hours, up to six times a day, year-round. Adler-Schiffe sails direct in 70 minutes during the summer half-year, once a day.

In the summer half-year: Hörnum and Heligoland

From late March to early November, Adler-Schiffe sells through-tickets from Dagebüll to Hörnum on Sylt (about two and a half hours) and to Heligoland (about three hours). Both journeys involve a change of vessel - in the schedule data neither carries a single through vessel.

The timetable through the winter

If you are heading for Föhr or Amrum in the winter half-year, there is no way around Dagebüll: the entire Adler-Schiffe island-to-island line pauses from early November until late March, and a second route to those two islands does not exist. The only other year-round services in the region are the hallig routes from Schlüttsiel and the Pellworm ferry from Nordstrand - both go elsewhere. What sails on your date is in the timetable.
